M S Benbow & Associates Embraces Hybrid Work Model with Office Move to Two Lakeway Center

May 10, 2022

Metairie LA — (May 10, 2022) — MSB Consulting Engineers will move its corporate offices from 2450 Severn Avenue in Metairie to Two Lakeway Center, also in Metairie, on May 31, 2022.

The move stems from MSB’s unprecedented growth in the last year and its transition to a hybrid work model. The new location is next to the Causeway Bridge at Lake Pontchartrain, connecting the Southshore and Northshore of the Greater New Orleans area.

“With this move, we created a hybrid work environment from the ground up, which allowed us to thoughtfully incorporate the amenities and types of private and collaborative spaces our staff wants and needs to serve our clients. We believe it exemplifies today’s best thinking about office design and technology to support productivity and employee satisfaction,” said MSB President and CEO Leo Holzenthal, Jr., P.E.

The offices feature panoramic views of the lake, flexible workspaces, and the latest office technology, including facial recognition and temperature check access controls, a virtual booking system for both meeting and office space, and universal docking stations throughout. Security and technology design and installation were provided by TruConnect, a division of MSB Consulting Engineers.

The new office address is Two Lakeway Center, 3850 N. Causeway Blvd., Suite 600, Metairie, LA 70002.
