MSB Comes in 3rd Place for Top Workplaces 2026
MSB Consulting Engineers (MSB) has been named a Top Workplaces 2026 honoree by New Orleans Top Workplaces for the eighth year in a row. This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the workplace experience, including whether employees feel Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among other significant themes.
This marks the tenth time MSB has been recognized with the Top Workplace distinction and the eighth consecutive year the company has earned this honor. This year, MSB placed third out of almost 30 organizations with 125-399 employees in the Greater New Orleans area to be recognized. Of the 84 organizations that qualified, MSB received the Appreciation Award which is given to the one company where employees feel the most genuinely appreciated.

In addition to the local accolade, MSB is also proud to be named a Top Workplaces 2026 winner for Engineering by engineering.com for the second consecutive year. MSB is one of only 26 engineering firms that qualified nationwide in the 100-149 employee category to receive this respected recognition.
