MSB Team Participates in St. Charles Parish Battle for the Paddle to Support United Way

October 7, 2022

METAIRIE, LA. — (October 7, 2022)— MSB Consulting Engineers returned for the fifth year to compete in the 2022 Battle for the Paddle Jambalaya and Gumbo Cook-Off benefiting the United Way of St. Charles Parish. The Battle for the Paddle returned this fall after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The event kicks off the annual fundraising campaign for the United Way of St. Charles and raises awareness for the organization’s service to this community.

MSB faced off against approximately 25 other family and industry teams competing for the titles of “Best Jambalaya” and “Best Gumbo” during the 19th-annual charity cook-off. All of the food prepared by competing teams during this fun event was served to community members at the Dufresne Community Center.
